Weekly meditation class from 6 September

A SIX WEEK COURSE IN MMM – MINDFUL MOVEMENT AND MEDITATION
It can be difficult to find peace of mind when we are so busy and with many demands on us. MMM is a 6 week course designed to introduce beginners to mindfulness and meditation as well as provide deeper practice to those with existing experience.
We begin with gentle exercises followed by guided meditation and then a period of silent meditation focusing on breathing. We finish with a reflective reading and the opportunity to share and discuss our own practice.
Our leader Pat MacDonald is a psychotherapist and writer. She has run Mindful Movement and Meditation workshops for a number of years and has extensive experience of the theory and practice of mindfulness and meditation.
From 6 September on Tuesdays from 10.30 – 12.00
