Volunteer for Home-Start Richmond. Come to an introductory coffee morning to find out about volunteering for Home-Start Richmond. Are you a parent/grandparent? Would you like to help local families? If you can spare a few hours a week to help families with children under 5, local charity Home-Start Richmond can train you to support those having a difficult time. We welcome people from all backgrounds and although languages are not necessarily needed for this role, we would love to hear from anyone who is fluent in English and another language such as Urdu, Farsi, Polish or Russian.

There is an introductory coffee morning on Thursday the 16th of April and then the free course runs from 10am until 2.30pm every Thursday for 10 weeks from 23 April - 25 June (not half term). After the course, you will visit a family for 2-3 hours a week. can be accredited NVQ level 1 or 2. To find out more contact Angie Ahmed on 020 8487 8500 or email info@homestart-richmond.org.uk
